Miranda Reynolds
Business Operations Strategist
Anchor Bee Consulting was founded by Miranda Reynolds, a seasoned gymnastics professional with over two decades of coaching experience and more than 15 years in gymnastics program management. Her coaching expertise spans preschool, recreational, and competitive gymnastics, as well as tumbling, recreational cheer, youth ninja, and strength and conditioning. For ten of those years, Miranda served as Program Director, overseeing comprehensive gymnastics and cheer operations and leading a team of more than 40 coaches.
Miranda’s journey in gymnastics began at age five. She competed across the United States as a USAG Level 9 gymnast for the Gymnastics Academy of Atlanta. After stepping away from competition, she cheered briefly at Georgia State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality. She later completed her Master of Business Administration at the University of Georgia, focusing on Leadership and Human Resources Management.
Miranda works with gymnastics clubs and other small businesses to develop and implement effective business strategies. In addition to partnering with gym owners and management teams, she also provides coach training and serves as a guest coach.

I have worked with Miranda for 10 or more years. In the years that I worked with her; she tremendously built up my confidence with both my coaching and administrative skills. I learned so much about how to better organize my office tasks and work efficiently. Her strong leadership skills motivated me to guide my department to success.
